To place your order, kindly follow the steps below:
ADDING ITEMS
Browse through our list of available products.
Once you have found a product of interest, add the product to your shopping cart.
Use the PLUS or MINUS buttons to adjust your order quantity.
To add the product, click / tap the button
You may also click / tap the product picture to view more info about the product.
VIEWING YOUR CART
You may view added items in your shopping cart.
To view your shopping cart, click or tap the Cart icon at the bottom right of the screen.
ADJUSTING ITEMS QUANTITY
You may further adjust the order quantity for each item your shopping cart before checking out.
To adjust the quantity, click the UP or DOWN button of item.
You may also key in the wanted quantity into the quantity box.
When you are done, click / tap the RECALCULATE button to recalculate the total price.
CHECK OUT
To proceed to check out, click the CHECKOUT NOW button.
SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER
First verify that your Shipping Address is valid.
You may make corrections to your shipping address before proceeding.
If you have made changes to your shipping address, click / tap the SAVE button.
Next select your preferred method of payment by clicking / tapping on the payment method.
A TICK will appear beside the selected payment method.
Finally verify that your Order Items is correct.
If you are satisfied, click / tap the SUBMIT ORDER button.
UPLOADING YOUR PAYMENT SLIP
In order for us to process your order, we need to verify that you have made payment.
We therefore need you to upload your payment / bank in sip to us for verification.
There are 2 places where you may do that.
1. Checkout Complete Page (after Submitting your Order)
2. My Orders Page
To upload your payment / bank in slip,
Click or tap the UPLOAD PAYMENT SLIP NOW
Click or tap the CAMERA / SELECT button to select your payment slip.
Click or tap the UPLOAD PAYMENT SLIP button to start the upload.
VIEWING YOUR PAST ORDERS
To view your past orders, click or tap the My Orders icon at the bottom right of the screen (beside the Cart icon).
How to Pay ?
We offer the following payment methods. During checkout, you may select one of the following payment method. Once you have made payment, kindly upload your Bank In Slip or Payment Slip to us to verify.
To use Cash Deposit, kindly bank in cash or cheque to one of our bank account below:

3. Look for Interbank Fund Transfer / GIRO (or something similar), click on Interbank Fund Transfer.

How to register / How do I get access to Techmart ?
To register or open an account with us, please contact your CelcomDigi ACM/DM.
2.
Can I cancel an order I have made ?
If you have not make payment for your order, you may request for cancellation in the My Orders page.
If you have already made payment, kindly contact our customer service personel for further assistance.
* Cancellation is subjected to the delivery status of the goods.

Can I change my shipping address after I have place an order / made payment ?
Sorry, we do not accept any changes for the delivery details.

Why is my order cancelled ?
Your order may be cancelled due to various reasons:
Stock Allocation Timed Out
Failure to settle payment within the allocated time (12 hours).
Payment Verification Failed
We were unable to verify the payment that you have made. (please ensure that the payment information you uploaded is clear and correct)

IMPORTANT:
Please DO NOT deposit payment before you have submitted your order.
We ONLY reserve stocks after an order is submitted.
We DO NOT guarantee there will be stock available if you made payment without submitting an order.

Why is my order still pending verification even after I have made payment / uploaded by payment slip ?
If you made payment via FPX Online Banking, payment verification is immediate.
If you made payment via Cash Deposit or DuitNow Fund Transfer,
please allow our finance team some time to verify your payment.
Certain fund transfers may take a few hours/days before it shows up in our bank account.

How soon do I have to make a payment after I place an order ?
We recommend our partners to make the payment as soon as possible.
Once your order is placed, our system will automatically allocate and reserved the stocks for you until you have made payment and upload proof of payment.
The Stock Allocation Timer (SAT) is 12 hours. Your order will be cancelled automatically if no payment is made within the allocated time.
8.
What is the shipping charges ?
Non MMAG Vendors
Every vendor may charge different shipping charges.
You may view their shipping charges during Checkout.
MMAG Vendor
All partners enjoy Free Shipping if you order minimum 2 units of items from us.
However, if you order only 1 unit of item, you will be charged RM 21.20 (inclusive of 6% SST).
9.
How long does the shipment takes after I have made my payment ?
All orders will be processed and shipped out within the same or next working day after payment is verified.
Orders are not processed or delivered during public holidays.
10.
When shall I expect to receive my order ?
All shipments are expected to be delivered within 1 to 3 working days after payment is verified.

Sorry, we do not accept return of goods purchased or provide refunds of goods purchased.

What can I do if there are discrepancy and damages to the goods ?
MMag Digital Sdn Bhd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Unless otherwise expressly provided, where discrepancy occurs or where there is evident of damage through reasonable inspection to the product, you must still take delivery of the product and report the discrepancy or damage to MMag Digital Sdn Bhd within twenty-four (24) hours after receipt of the product.
