Shipping & Delivery Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

  1. Shipment processing time

    All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.

  2. Delivery Timeline

    Shipping Method Location Estimated Delivery Time
    Standard West Malaysia 1 - 2 days
    Standard East Malaysia 3 - 5 days

  3. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

  4. Delivery Deemed Completed

    Upon receipt of the product, you will be asked to sign a delivery order to acknowledge safe receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivered product corresponds with the product stated on your Order Summary. Upon signing the delivery order, delivery shall be deemed to have been successfully completed.

    Delivery is deemed to have taken place and risk of loss, breakage and all damage and all other risks in the product shall pass to you on arrival at your Delivery Address.

  5. Discrepancy and Damages

    Neither MMag Digital Sdn Bhd is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

    Unless otherwise expressly provided, where discrepancy occurs or where there is evident of damage through reasonable inspection to the product, you must still take delivery of the product and report the discrepancy or damage to MMag Digital Sdn Bhd within twenty-four (24) hours after receipt of the product.
